A half hour later in the fall and spring. An hour later in the winter. (The current start time is 7:00am from Lakeville Road)

Wounded Warriors
I took Friday off to ride with the Wounded Warrior ride that was in Babylon. 22 miles with my wife. Average speed - 9 mph. Ouch. It hurts more when you ride slow. Great cause. www.woundedwarriorproject.org Isaac
