A half hour later in the fall and spring. An hour later in the winter. (The current start time is 7:00am from Lakeville Road)

Paracycling Worlds
These para cyclists rode with me last year in Israel. They participated in this event. I hope to ride again with them this year when I do the "Courage in Motion " Ride, www.cycleisrael.com.
